Discovery is a child’s privilege. I mean the small child, the child who is not afraid to be wrong, to look silly, to not be serious, and to act differently from everyone else. He is also not afraid that the things he is interested in are in bad taste or turn out to be different from his expectations, from what they should be, or rather he is not afraid of what they actually are. He ignores the silent and flawless consensus that is part of the air we breathe – the consensus of all the people who are, or are reputed to be, reasonable.

Áp dụng bđt $AM-GM$ thì đẳng thức xảy ra khi $a=b=c$ nhưng điều này vô lý nên nghĩ là nó sẽ luẩn quẩn đâu đó gần điểm rơi này, chẳng hạn $b=c=n, a = n+1$Chọn ba số bất kì trong tập hợp $\{ 1;2;3; \cdots ; 3n+1 \}$ sao cho tổng của ba số đó là $3n+1$. Hỏi giá trị lớn nhất của tích ba số đó có thể là bao nhiêu ?
Vậy dự đoán $abc_{max} = n^2(n+1)$
Giả sử đã chọn được bộ số $a,b,c$ sao cho tích $abc$ lớn nhất, truớc hết ta chứng minh $b=c$:
Không giảm tính tổng quát, giả sử $a \geq b \geq c$ thì ta có $c \geq n$
Với trường hợp $n=1$ thì xét dễ r` ^^~.
Xét $n \geq 2$, dễ có $b \geq n$
Ta chứng minh $b \geq c + 1$ là vô lý, thật vậy. Thay $b$ thành $b-1$ và $c = c+1$ thì ta được tích bc lớn hơn, trái với điều giả sử.
Vậy $b \leq c$. Mà $b \geq n, c \leq n$ nên $b = c$
Cũng tư tưởng đó, ta chứng minh $a \geq b+2$ là vô lý, thật vậy. Thay bộ $(a;b;b)$ bởi $(a-2;b+1;b+1)$ thì ta lại được tích mới lớn hơn
Vậy $a=b$ hoặc $a=b+1$ nhưng loại được ngay trường hợp $a=b$
Vậy $a=n +1, b = c =n$, ta có đpcm.

Giả sử a,b,c (a >b >c) là 3 số sao cho $a+b+c =3n+1$ và abc max
ta sẽ cm $a-b \leq 2$
Giả sử $a-b \geq 3$
ta có ta luôn có tích
$(a-1)(b+1) -ab =a-b-1 >0$
$\Rightarrow (a-1)(b+1)c > abc$
Tích mới và tích cũ đều t/m điều kiện và tích mới >tích cũ $\Rightarrow$ vô lý
Tương tự với $b,c$
ta có $a-b \leq 2$
$b-c \leq 2$
Gọi $x$ là số có thể ở giữa $a,b$
$y$ là số có thể ở giữa $b,c$
$\Rightarrow$ với 3 số $a,b,c$ chỉ có 4 dạng
$a .x.b.y.c (1)$
$a.b.y.c (2)$
$a.x.b.c (3)$
$a.b.c (4)$
(2 số liền nhau là 2 số liên tiếp)
ta có $a+b+c$ ở TH1 và th 4 chia hết cho 3 $\Rightarrow$ loại
Còn $a+b+c$ ở th 2 thì $\equiv 2$ mod 3 Loại nốt
nên $a,b,c$ chỉ có dạng $a. x. b. c$ (thử lại thấy thỏa mãn )
thay vào $a+b+c =a+a-2+a-3 =3n+1$
$\Leftrightarrow 3a -5 =3n+1$
$\Leftrightarrow a =n+2$
Vậy $abc$ max khi $a =n+2 , b=n$ và $c =n-1$

Em không hiểu lắm cái chỗ "với ba số $a,b,c$ thì có bốn dạng"$\Rightarrow$ với 3 số $a,b,c$ chỉ có 4 dạng
$a .x.b.y.c (1)$
$a.b.y.c (2)$
$a.x.b.c (3)$
$a.b.c (4)$
(2 số liền nhau là 2 số liên tiếp)
ta có $a+b+c$ ở TH1 và th 4 chia hết cho 3 $\Rightarrow$ loại
Còn $a+b+c$ ở th 2 thì $\equiv 2$ mod 3 Loại nốt
nên $a,b,c$ chỉ có dạng $a. x. b. c$ (thử lại thấy thỏa mãn )
thay vào $a+b+c =a+a-2+a-3 =3n+1$
$\Leftrightarrow 3a -5 =3n+1$
$\Leftrightarrow a =n+2$
Vậy $abc$ max khi $a =n+2 , b=n$ và $c =n-1$
Dạng ở đây là dạng gì thế nhỉ ??
