Bài 515: Giải hệ phương trình:
$$\left\{\begin{matrix} \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}+\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{1-y^{2}}}=\dfrac{35}{12} \\ \dfrac{x}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}-\dfrac{y}{\sqrt{1-y^{2}}}=\dfrac{7}{12} \end{matrix}\right.$$
Để ý rằng nếu đặt $\dfrac{x}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}=a$ và $\dfrac{y}{\sqrt{1-y^{2}}}=b$ thì ta có:
$$\left\{\begin{matrix} a^{2}+1=\dfrac{x^{2}}{1-x^{2}}+1=\dfrac{1}{1-x^{2}} \\ b^{2}+1=\dfrac{y^{2}}{1-y^{2}}+1=\dfrac{1}{1-y^{2}} \end{matrix}\right.$$
$$\Rightarrow \left\{\begin{matrix} \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}=\sqrt{a^{2}+1} \\ \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{1-y^{2}}}=\sqrt{b^{2}+1} \end{matrix}\right.$$
Do đó hệ đã cho trở thành:
$$\left\{\begin{matrix} \sqrt{a^{2}+1}+\sqrt{b^{2}+1}=\dfrac{35}{12} \\ a-b=\dfrac{7}{12} \end{matrix}\right.$$
$$\left\{\begin{matrix} a+b=\dfrac{35}{12} \\ c-d=\dfrac{7}{12} \\ a^{2}-c^{2}=1 \\ b^{2}-d^{2}=1 \end{matrix}\right.$$
$$\Leftrightarrow \left\{\begin{matrix} \left ( a+c \right )+\left ( b-d \right )=\dfrac{7}{2} \\ \left ( a-c \right )+\left ( b+d \right )=\dfrac{7}{3} \\ \left ( a-c \right )\left ( a+c \right )=1 \\ \left ( b-d \right )\left ( b+d \right )=1 \end{matrix}\right.$$
Đặt $a+c=m$, $b+d=n$, $a-c=p$, $b-d=q$ thì hệ trở thành:
$$\left\{\begin{matrix} m+q=\dfrac{7}{2} \\ p+n=\dfrac{7}{3} \\ p=\dfrac{1}{m} \\ q=\dfrac{1}{n} \end{matrix}\right.$$
$$\Rightarrow \left\{\begin{matrix} m+\dfrac{1}{n}=\dfrac{7}{2} \\ \dfrac{1}{m}+n=\dfrac{7}{3} \end{matrix}\right.$$
$$\Rightarrow 2m^{2}-7m+3=0$$
