Bài 19. Cho tam giác $ABC$ với điểm $P$ nằm trên cạnh $BC$ và $E,F$ lần lượt là trung điểm $CA,AB$. Trung trực $AP$ cắt $PE,PF$ theo thứ tự tại $M,N$. Trung trực $PC,PB$ lần lượt cắt $PE,PF$ theo thứ tự tại $Q,R$. Gọi $K,L$ là hình chiếu của $E$ lên $CQ,AM$. $U,V$ là hình chiếu của $F$ lên $BR,AN$. Chứng minh rằng $P$ là trung điểm $BC$ khi và chỉ khi $\angle EKL= \angle FUV$.
