$A=\sqrt{20}-\sqrt{45}+\sqrt{6+2\sqrt{5}}$

$=2\sqrt{5}-3\sqrt{5}+\sqrt{(\sqrt{5}+1)^{2}}$

$=1$

Với $x>0$,$x\neq 1$, Ta có:

$B=\left ( \frac{1}{x-\sqrt{x}} + \frac{1}{\sqrt{x}-1} \right ):\frac{\sqrt{x}+1}{(\sqrt{x}-1)^{2}}$

$=\frac{1+\sqrt{x}}{\sqrt{x}(\sqrt{x}-1)}.\frac{(\sqrt{x}-1)^{2}}{\sqrt{x}+1}$

$=\frac{\sqrt{x}-1}{\sqrt{x}}=1-\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}}$

Ta có: $B\leq \frac{1}{2}$

$\Leftrightarrow 1-\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}}\leq \frac{1}{2}$

$\Leftrightarrow\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}}\geq \frac{1}{2}$

$\Leftrightarrow\sqrt{x}\leq 2$

Kết hợp với điều kiện xác định, ta có: $0\leq\sqrt{x}\leq 2$

$\Leftrightarrow 0\leq\ x\leq 4$,$x\neq 1$

Vì $x\in \mathbb{Z}$ nên $x\in {2;3;4}$
