Cho $\triangle ABC$ vuông tại $A$ có $\widehat{B}=20^{\circ}$, phân giác trong $BI$, vẽ $\widehat{ACH}=30^{\circ}$ ( $H$ thuộc cạnh $AB$ ). Tính $\widehat{CHI}$ ?
PP. Dự đoán $\angle CHI= 20^{\circ}$.
Lời giải. Lấy $M$ thuộc $BC$ thỏa mãn $CH \perp HM$. Ta sẽ đi chứng minh $\triangle BMH \sim \triangle HIC$., tương đương với việc chứng minh $\dfrac{HM}{IC}= \dfrac{BM}{HI}= \dfrac{BH}{CH}$.
$\blacktriangleright$ Chứng minh $\dfrac{CI}{HM}= \dfrac{HI}{BM}$.
Dễ chứng minh $\triangle HAI \sim \triangle CHM \; ( \text{g.g}) \Rightarrow \dfrac{AH}{HC}= \dfrac{AI}{HM}= \dfrac{HI}{CM}$ . Lại có $\dfrac{AH}{CH}= \dfrac 12$ (vì $\triangle AHC$ vuông có $\angle ACH=30^{\circ}$).
Do đó $2AI=HM,2HI=CM \qquad (1)$.
$\blacktriangleright$ Chứng minh $\dfrac{HI}{BM}= \dfrac{CH}{BH}$.
Theo $(1)$ ta có $\dfrac{HI}{BM}= \dfrac{CM}{2MB}$ và ta cũng có $\dfrac{CH}{BH}= \dfrac{2AH}{BH}$ nên ta cần chứng minh $\dfrac{4BM}{CM}= \dfrac{BH}{AH} \qquad (4)$.
Kẻ $AP \parallel HM$ với $P \in BC$. Vì $MH \perp CH$ nên $AP \perp CH$.
Do đó $\triangle CAR$ vuông có $\angle ACR=30^{\circ}$ nên $2AR=AC$. Theo Pythagoras ta có $CR= \sqrt{AC^2-AR^2}= \dfrac{ \sqrt 3}{2} AC$.
Tương tự thì $AC = \dfrac{ \sqrt 3}{2}CH$ nên $\dfrac{CR}{CH}= \dfrac 34$. Mà $RP \parallel HM$ nên $\dfrac{CR}{CH}= \dfrac{CP}{CM}= \dfrac 34 \Rightarrow PM= \frac 14 CM \qquad (5)$.
Cũng vì $HM \parallel AP$ nên $\dfrac{BH}{AH}= \dfrac{BM}{PM}$. Theo $(5)$ thì dẫn đến $\dfrac{BH}{AH}= \dfrac{4BM}{CM}$.
Vậy $(4)$ được chứng minh.
Kết luận. Từ hai chứng minh trên ta suy ra $\dfrac{HI}{BM}= \dfrac{CH}{BH}= \dfrac{CI}{HM} \Rightarrow \triangle BMH \sim \triangle HIC \; ( \text{c.c.c})$.
Từ đó dẫn đến $\angle MBH= \boxed{ \angle CHI = 20^{\circ}}$.
Discovery is a child’s privilege. I mean the small child, the child who is not afraid to be wrong, to look silly, to not be serious, and to act differently from everyone else. He is also not afraid that the things he is interested in are in bad taste or turn out to be different from his expectations, from what they should be, or rather he is not afraid of what they actually are. He ignores the silent and flawless consensus that is part of the air we breathe – the consensus of all the people who are, or are reputed to be, reasonable.
